Also, need to mention that my fall sessions are almost fully booked!  Only two weekend dates in November and a handful of weekday sessions remain!

This is one of my favorite sessions of the year, even though it didn’t involve children (my focus and passion to photograph!).  But, I did love the other small subjects that happened to be involved — four legs and all    I also loved the divine light, the couples emotion (they are sweet newlyweds) and the challenge of working with three canines in a field full of smells, sights, and sounds!

Let’s get on to the adorable subjects (all 5 of them!):

I wish I could blog every recent session, but I am editing, ordering holiday cards, and getting galleries up as fast as my little fingers will let me.  Hopefully, as things slow down I can go back and blog some of the wonderful sessions I have had recently.  I am sharing more sneak peeks on facebook though (it’s a little faster!) so be sure to check me out there.

I know Mom-to-be “B” has been waiting for me to blog a sneak peek from their maternity session… I bet she had almost given up on me!  But, here it is and I have to say, I think it was worth the wait!  I had such a hard time narrowing down favorites, so be ready for a long blog post!

Backtracking a little bit, when I emailed “B” to confirm our session, she emailed me back and said her husband (also “B”) wanted to know if it was okay to bring their dog along for the session.  Um, hello.  I’m all over that.  If you know me at all, you *know* I am a dog person (three large dogs live in our home).  Plus, I am always looking for cool “props” — and what better prop than an adorable Doberman Pinscher named Ruby.  We started out doing some downtown shots, Mom has such a cute tummy and look at Ruby working the camera:

We decided to give Ruby a break and did a little bit more shooting downtown.  I found a few new spots, in my quest for shade to shoot in.  I love the wall behind them and look at what a cute tummy “B” has:

Next, back to the studio.  I love the pureness of the next image.  It’s clean and soft, plus I think “B” looks so lovely:

Another favorite… hands on tummy.  Mom and Dad, plus baby, makes three (well, four if you count Ruby!):
